On October 10th<\/sup>, the Second China-Africa Energy Cooperation Project Promotion Conference with the theme of “Lighting up the Future, creating a New Era of China-Africa Energy Cooperation”<\/u> was grandly held in Beijing, hosted by \u201cChina Hydropower and Water Resources Planning and Design Institute\u201d and the \u201cAfrican Union Representative Office in China\u201d.
